CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Building character in young people can help them become successful
in their endeavors. Since 1970 Project U.S.E. has been working
with schools and agencies to help students become stronger leaders,
better communicators, improved team players, and superior decision makers.
Our students leave their program with a better understanding of themselves
and with higher self-confidence.

A Project U.S.E. course provides students with a fun supportive environment
in which they can try new ways of interacting with their peers. A quiet student
can step forward and experience a leadership role. An independent student can
include him or herself in a team effort. One who avoids challenge can try
something new. When students apply the lessons learned from these experiences
they can earn better grades, are less likely to join gangs and use drugs and alcohol,
and are more likely to achieve their goals.
